Novera Energy appoints Karl Hauptmeier as Chief Executive Officer

Novera Energy, an infrastructure platform focused on building, owning and operating sustainable synthetic fuels assets, and a portfolio company of Prime Capital AG-managed funds, today announces the appointment of Karl Hauptmeier as Chief Executive Officer effective 1 November 2026.

A highly regarded executive in the sustainable aviation fuel sector, Karl transitions from Norsk e-Fuel and brings extensive experience in the development of clean fuels infrastructure projects and in building successful organisations. He joins Novera's leadership team at a pivotal stage for the company as it advances its initial portfolio of projects and engages with strategic and financial partners to secure the capital required for growth.
